GAFCON, the Global Anglican Futures Conference, was held in Jerusalem from 22-29 June this year. It's final outcome was the Jerusalem Declaration, a courageous statement of Biblical orthodoxy, which refuses to compromise with those who preach a different gospel. Peter Jensen, Archbishop of Sydney, has posted his reflections on that conference here.
There's a petition we can sign electronically, to show we agree with the Jerusalem Declaration (make sure you read it, first!). I encourage you to stand with our courageous Anglican brethren, even if you're not Anglican.
